• Das erweiterte NATO NEC C2 Maturity Model (Extended N2C2M2) — This paper (in German) has been accepted for publication in the November 2010 edition of the Journal "Europäische Sicherheit" (European Security). Reiner K. Huber und Ulrike Lechner discuss the "extended" model. The initial version (published in Europäische Sicherheit in Spring 2008) addressed C2 maturity in terms of the maturity of C2 approaches. The authors argue that based on the insights gained through the validation studies, the definition of C2 Maturity was extended to include C2 agility as the defining variable for C2 maturity.
