We regret to inform you that IDA has been notified that it will not receive FY15 tasking or funding necessary to support CCRP activities and initiatives including activities necessary to convening and conducting ICCRTS at the USNA this June.  However, we have determined that we can, within existing tasking and funds, publish all final peer-reviewed papers submitted for this symposium on the existing website.  While we realize publication in this manner is not the same as publication and critical evaluation with peers during a research symposium, the course we have selected will  make this work available to the widest audience possible within available resources.   Those of you who have already paid your registration fees will receive full refunds.
