We strongly encourage – even urge – participants to attend the 29th ICCRTS in-person because of the enormous benefits of face-to-face interactions and the informal hallway discussions that take place. In-Person Presentations are required; exceptions will be granted on a case by case basis upon request.
We recognize that international travel may not be a viable option for some. Accordingly, we have made arrangements for a ‘hybrid’ meeting (in-person with a virtual component) that will allow for limited virtual participation (please note the time difference between GMT+1 and your local time). Virtual participants will not have screen sharing enabled but will be able to participate in Q&A sessions when recognized by the chair.
